Pacamara Boutique Coffee Roasters

Love this greedy face ahaha

I found the unlikeliest of friends in dear Trishna, whom I had the opportunity to meet earlier this year when shooting the editorial for Perk by Kate x The Ordinary Co. It's really heartwarming how much she genuinely believes and supports TOC - and despite what feels like a huge age difference when I think about it, we had tons in common to talk about! I like to think I am young at heart (lol) or it's more likely that Trishna is mature beyond her years hahaha.

Anyway, we tried out the newly opened Pacamara Boutique Coffee Roasters (originally Oz Speciality Cafe) since we're like Thomson/Bishan people. Absolutely fell in love with the wide, bright and open interiors which is rare in the Singapore cafe scene. There was just so much space. And good space it was! I had the Truffled Mac and Cheese ($18.00 nett) and it was generously infused with them truffle oil + mushrooms. It's the cheesy oven baked kind which is super heavy, so sharing is recommended! The cafe was pretty empty because we came on a weekday, but somehow whenever my bus passes by in the late afternoon it seems fully packed. Definitely coming back here again to try what else they have to offer!
