Balmy Beach Days

It's been 3 weeks in Europe so far, and just 1 more week to go before I return to our sunny island. Travelling during the winter does take a lot out of you, though I do love every second of this trip. I do sometimes miss the unbearable groggy heat of Singapore, especially when I step out of the apartment here in Europe and am hit by a blast of chilly wind. Right before I left for my long holiday, I met Jess -she needed a tan, I love the concept of lounging by the beach, so we ended up at Coastes, at Sentosa's Siloso Beach. Beach chair rental is at $20 for as long as you want, there was complimentary ice lemon tea drinks, and the area of the beach that we were on was sort of "private" and cut off from the rest of main beach. Oh, and the weather was close to perfect. Bright sun, but cool and breezy. We couldn't have asked for more of Mother Nature!
