Yay! There are perks of having a dear friend like Pei Li who lives just 300 metres away from me and bakes awesomely! Came over for a tea time snack and just-out-of-the-oven marble cake, something she decided to bake on a whim. We've been friends ever since primary school that fateful day when my little sister and I stuck our heads out of our dining room window and saw her and her little sister, Pei Ting playing badminton downstairs. We ran down to join them, and the rest is history! Anyway she just left for her round the world grad trip while I stay here in little old Singapore for the rest of summer. But we had a nice time catching up anyway, we're different but we feel the same about lots of things, and I hope she has a ball of a time!!! Can't wait till it's my turn :)
