Hey guys, so the existence of the Fabulous Baker Boy has definitely been floating around in my consciousness, but like the many brunch places that have popped up in Singapore, it's hard to keep track of them all. So when my big sister managed to get us a reservation (they are hard to get!) for Saturday Brunch, the whole family made our way down from all over Singapore to have a meal together. This place is not easy to find - directly opposite Liang Court, the entrance is obscure to say the least. But worth it - I was expecting prices around the $20.00's like most "brand name" brunch place in Singapore, but it wasn't the case. If there is one dish you should try, it should be the Towkay Ng's Egg Benedict ($10.50++), such value for money, and two of the most perfectly round poached eggs sitting on a bed of spinach and toasted brioche.

Really, I dream of such perfect poached eggs in my sleep!
