It's so nice to be reunited with my Bondue Camp group now that Leah's finally back from exchange in Sweden! We hit The Sushi Bar in Far East Plaza an understated, hole-in-the-wall restaurant with amazing food. This Salmon Aburi ($13.90 for 8 pieces) was AMAZING. I have nothing else to say except that you MUST try it. The Chirashi Don ($24.90) we ordered also had so much generous variety of sashimi - scallops, normal salmon, seared salmon, normal tuna, seared tuna, swordfish, hamachi, salmon roe... It really made eating it all the more enjoyable because every piece was different! I would definitely recommend making a reservation before coming as apparently the queues are crazy. But so worth it! Definitely coming back again real soon :)
