SHI YA for THE ORDINARY CO

If i had the chance to walk the streets of Paris again in warmer months, I'd probably wear what I styled Shi Ya in for our latest shoot with The Ordinary Co. But anyway since i'm generally unphotogenic and essentially not in Paris, it's nice to play pretend and romanticize it all out from my head and onto the screen as if I were there. So yeah - fun fact - about 90% of the apparel you see in our Lookbook's are actually my clothes which i bought and don't wear enough! Anyway, was really happy that Shi Ya was agreeable to be a model! It's so great to photograph people who have little or no experience modeling, and to see them slowly get more and more comfortable in their skin as the shoot progresses. It's also a challenge, but a fun one to be able to make even the most awkard people look as graceful as swans (ok I barfed a little in my mouth for how cheesy that sounded, but you get what I mean).
Anyway, hope you guys enjoyed the photos and do check out the full Lookbook on our Facebook page. I'd promise to blog more often because dear Jiehui keeps telling me to, but i confirm can't keep my promise (though I'd like to) :'D Don't give up on me guizeeee.
P.S. I hate how blogger has started compressing all the photos such that the quality drops when i upload it on my blog >:(
