Smoked Salmon & Avocado Cream Cheese Bagel

How to make Smoked Salmon & Avocado Cream Cheese Bagels:
1. Toast the bagels
2. Spread the cream cheese on said bagels
3. Lay sliced avocados on said cream cheese
3. Drape smoked salmon on said avocados

Yeah ok writing that above was kind of a joke because I think it's pretty obvious how to make this super yummy, pretend-healthy dish at home! The open-faced bagels are deceptively filling and even make a great one-person meal.

Anyway, Justin and I have been playing house the past few weeks ever since his parents have been away in Australia being ultra baller and enjoying retiree life (them, not us. Haha). After a few weeks of laziness and eating out, after looking at my bank statement it kinda really sunk in how unrealistic it is to eat out / order in all the time, so we planned a whole menu for the week, went grocery shopping and have been happily eating home since. I would say we make a really good team because Justin loves cooking (I would rather not) and I am cool with washing (which he would rather not). From $60 to $10 a meal for the both of us is pretty much all I can say that we need to keep this up.
