Another Christmas Goes By

I love Christmas parties at Jo's cause this girl always goes all out on decor and food is usually super festive, enough to get you in a real warm and fuzzy mood.

Justin and I show up early to cook at her place (since his stove wasn't working)
+ help out around with the party prep!
The matcha lava cake was SO GOOD I may have eaten a bit more than my fair share, keke
Is it bad that I think the raw chicken already looks delicious. I think the anticipation of the final product is enough to make me drool!
Being silly in between, and check out Jo's evil secret santa gift, haha. She refused to let anyone touch it all night until we played the actual game! (Also my dress is from Grana - quote MONICAxGRANA to get 10% off + Free Worldwide shipping till 31 Jan 2017!!)

Food's finally done and the last few guests trickle in.... and it's time to feast! I think we portioned very well this year, if I do say so myself :D
And there goes another Christmas! It's weird to wait for something the whole year, then it's just gone in a flash and here we are waiting for CNY. Every year I ask myself what Christmas means to me, especially not being religious, but I guess it's just an opportunity to gather with old and new friends, and give one last cheer to the end of the year before we get back to our busy lives, which is... now.
