Skin Inc launched their Pure Serum-Mist (S$98.00, 100ml) and the folks from Adjectif sent it over in a very appropriate wooden box and Japanese print cloth (they sure know how to make a girl feel special!) I particularly love receiving Skin Inc products because of how premium they feel in my hands.

The Pure Serum Mist feels nice and weighty as the entire bottle is made of glass, and it is chocked full of product infused with low-molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid and water all the way from the Izumo Yumura Hot Spring in Japan! It provides instant hydration, reduces redness and strengthens the skins natural barrier, plus it is super easy to apply when you're just sitting at your desk and feel like you need a little pick-me-up.

The product has a faint, earthy smell because Onsen water has a bit of sulphur in it, so you know it's legit. There's so many fun ways to use the serum, such as using it as a make-up setting spray for a dewy look on the go; chilling it in the fridge to give it extra zing and reduce your pores; or even spritzing it over a paper mask to for extra soothing benefits!

Feels like not to long ago I went to Naiise's first pop-up shop back in 2014, till last month where I once again had the pleasure of attending their 7th store opening in The Cathay! The store is the biggest yet, and once again we were promised a night of free food, live music and fun activities ("DIY Your TGIF" it was called!)

There was always something to do - we made our own organic face masks out of moroccan clay (Apparently Kenneth's had the "perfect" consistency - his am chio too high already after); Sujin basically ate all the free focaccia pizza available that night to the point where the lady in charge found her during closing time and gave her a giant loaf to take home; and I got my a custom hand written poster done for me on the spot! Other notable moments - lining up for the delicious roast pork with alfafa and mustard dip by Uncle G's; and getting our hopes too high for the lucky draw. Glad busy E-main could join us in the end as well!
